Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GPUtw.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
GPUtw.ai provides on-demand access to GPU compute instances and related storage. Resources are billed by usage at the rates shown at deployment time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, mine cryptocurrency without prior written consent, attack or probe other systems, host malicious content, or attempt to access other tenants’ data or the underlying infrastructure beyond your allocated instance.
5. Billing & Credits
Compute and storage are charged against your prepaid credit balance. Credits are non-transferable. When your balance is exhausted, running instances may be stopped or terminated. Top-ups and invoicing are handled per the billing pages.
6. Data & Backups
You are responsible for backing up your own data. Instance local storage is ephemeral and may be lost on termination. Vault storage is provided on a best-effort basis; we are not liable for data loss. If your balance is at NT$0 or below, Vault data is retained for 30 days and then deleted unless you top up before the deadline.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. You may close your account at any time; outstanding charges remain payable.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
